Head of Production
Salary: £42,000 per annum
Contract: Full time, permanent (40 hours per week)
We are looking for a Head of Production to lead our Technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the technical delivery of all home productions, touring shows, events and the Learning and Engagement projects, ensuring they are presented to the highest standards and complying to the latest Health and Safety requirements. In addition, they are responsible for leading and managing the technical department, ensuring that the technical strategy is aligned with the overall strategy and vision of Buxton Opera House.

Senior Technician
Salary: £28,295 per annum
Contract: Full time, permanent, annualised hours contract (average 40 hours per week)
We are looking for a Senior Technician to join our Technical team. The successful candidate will be accountable to the Head of Production and Deputy Technical Managers, responsive to visiting companies, customers, community groups and other stakeholders including artists, theatre companies and event delivery teams, ensuring that all productions and events taking place at our venues are delivered effectively and efficiently in addition to ensuring all events receive appropriate technical support and expertise throughout. They will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of technical casual staff and contractors.

Technician
Salary: £25,607 per annum
Contract: Full time, permanent, annualised hours contract (average 40 hours per week)
We are looking for a Technician to join our Technical team. The successful candidate will be accountable to the Deputy Technical Managers and will support the technical team, ensuring that all productions and events are delivered successfully and efficiently and that all visiting companies and theatre users receive appropriate technical support.

Volunteer Administrator
Salary: £12,210 per annum
Contract: Part time, permanent (20 hours per week)
We are looking for a Volunteer Administrator to join our Operations team. The successful candidate will liaise with our team of volunteers, made up of over 120 people, and will be responsible for the rota, communication, training and allocation of shifts. This role will be flexible working with the volunteers and can include the occasional weekend and evening work.
