A tense, powerful and beautifully shot Australian western set on the Northern Territory frontier in the 1920s. Indigenous actor Hamilton Morris plays Sam who works at a cattle station run by Fred Smith (Sam Neill) - a Christian pioneer. Fred loans Sam to a neighbouring farm without knowing what this act of comradeship will mean for Sam and his family. Winner of the Venice Film Festival Special Jury Prize 2017.
