Toby Wilkinson is an internationally acclaimed Egyptologist and vice chancellor of the Fiji National University.

Instead of concentrating on the well-worn subject of the discovery, Professor Wilkinson looks at the objects buried with the boy-king as the source for a detailed portrait of Ancient Egypt. One hundred artifacts from the tomb are allowed to speak again for a culture, its development, and lasting impact.
