Award Success for Customer Excellence

We are absolutely delighted to share the news that Buxton Opera House was named runner-up for Customer Excellence of the Year at the Lots for Tots Awards 2026!

Following a public vote, this award is a wonderful recognition of our incredible Front of House team and our 130+ dedicated local volunteers, who work tirelessly to ensure a warm, professional welcome for every visitor.

Representing the Opera House at the ceremony were Tara, Hayley, Andrea, and Rhianna, who had a wonderful evening celebrating with the community. It was also a lovely opportunity to meet and connect with so many other fantastic local businesses from across Derbyshire.
