About Ayurveda Talk

Ayurveda is one of the oldest healing systems in the world.

It aims to bring you back in touch with your own unique nature, as well as the cycles and rhythms of nature around you. Join Lauren for a talk and Q&A on how Ayurveda supports health and wellbeing through the principles of nature. Take away essential Ayurvedic knowledge on diet and lifestyle.

Lauren is a qualified Ayurveda Practitioner offering supportive one to one guidance on how optimise digestive health and manage chronic digestive disorders, as well as allergies, autoimmune conditions, hormonal health and more, introducing powerful knowledge on food, diet and how to eat to suit your natural constitution. After healing a decade of gut health issues with Ayurveda, Lauren felt drawn to study it and share the knowledge with others. Lauren gives educational Ayurveda talks and workshops and is a long-term student and teacher of Iyengar yoga.

This session will take place in the Tipi and seating will be on the floor. Feel free to bring along a cushion!

There is a curb and gate to enter the tree nursery which can be accessed viaa portable ramp. The ground is uneven in places, please see images of the space below. Please let us know in advance if you require.
