About Tai Chi
Have you ever wondered what Tai Chi is about, or would you like to experience it in a woodland setting?
This gentle taster session introduces the flowing movements of Tai Chi, helping you improve balance, posture, and overall wellbeing. Practised around the world, Tai Chi is a slow, mindful form of movement that strengthens the body, supports the back, body awareness and encourages relaxation.
In this session, you’ll explore simple movements that help release tension, increase flexibility, and bring a sense of calm and focus.
Suitable for beginners and those with previous experience. All movements are gentle and can be adapted to suit different abilities.

Bob Chiang is a Tai Chi and Mindfulness teacher based in Derbyshire, with over 20 years of experience sharing gentle movement and awareness practices.
