Festival favourites The SavoyNet Performing Group return with The Sorcerer, one of Gilbert & Sullivan's early much-loved operettas.

The story centres on Alexis, who believes that love should ignore class or social standing. To prove his point, he hires a sorcerer, John Wellington Wells, whose love potion throws the entire village into romantic confusion. As unlikely couples form and chaos spreads, the consequences of meddling with magic quickly become clear.
