Whether you're joining us for a performance, participating in a youth or community activity, or planning your next visit, we’re here to make sure you have the best possible experience. We’ve gathered all the essential information you might need ahead of your visit.
We offer baby changing facilities and booster seats for family shows, but please note we don’t have a cloakroom or buggy storage, so we kindly ask visitors to avoid bringing large items. If you need anything else, just get in touch — we’re happy to help.

For ticket enquiries please contact our Box Office team using the details below.
Please note: Our main box office is at the Opera House and handles ticket sales for both our venues. If you plan to collect tickets for a Pavilion Arts Centre event, please do so at the Pavilion Arts Centre Box Office on St John's Road before the show.
For events outside of the opening times, our main Box Office will open 1 hour before the event begins and close 30 minutes after the start time.
