About Group Walk

Take a 30-minute walk through Grin Low Woods, guided by a Derbyshire Mind walk leader.

Take in nature, give your brain a break and get a breath of fresh air. Chat to other walkers, bring a friend or just be with yourself and your surroundings.

Please note, this is a 30-minute guided walk led by Derbyshire Mind. Outdoor Opera House staff will not be in attendance. By taking part, participants are taking responsibility for their own health and safety.

Derbyshire Mind is your local independent mental health charity within the national Mind network. Our focus is on improving mental health and wellbeing for people across Derbyshire and deliver services in Buxton, for the High Peak and Derbyshire Dales areas too, working closely with local partners. We provide a range of community mental health and mental wellbeing services designed to support local people with mental health problems as well as the wider population.
