Surrounded by the natural world, this offers a unique opportunity to connect with nature through your yoga practice.   

Participants who choose to do the workshop in bare feet, do so at their own risk. Please bring a mat if you would like to use one, some spares may be available but can’t be guaranteed.

Kerry has been practicing Iyengar yoga since 2010 and qualified as a teacher in 2023. Kerry’s initial training was in contemporary dance and somatic practices and she has a wealth of teaching experience, working with people of all ages and abilities. Kerry is Creative Learning Director at Buxton Opera House and producer of the Outdoor Opera House.
