Join us for an evening led by Hawkseed Theatre Company designed to get you writing in a relaxed and friendly environment. Expect playful prompts and plentiful opportunities to explore ideas, experiment with your writing, and chat to other budding writers.
The theme and stimulus will be revealed on the night, giving you the chance to respond creatively and see where your scribbles take you. Suitable for experienced writers and those who haven't tried writing since school. Come alone or bring a pal... Scribbles Social is always relaxed, friendly, and welcoming.

This session will be run by Hannah Donelon, an actor and writer. She recently won 2026's Sitcom Mission and her writing has also been shortlisted for the Manchester Fiction Prize, BAFTA Rocliffe, and the Sheila Delaney Prize for Writing. Her immersive storytelling audio series There's A Lot I Haven't Asked is currently a finalist in the British Podcast Awards. She's also an experienced facilitator, having delivered workshops for the University of Manchester, University College Cork, The Royal Exchange, and HOMEMcr.
