All of us at Buxton Opera House are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
We are grateful for the support Her Majesty has shown the arts and the theatre industry throughout her lifetime. Our thoughts are with the Royal Family at this incredibly difficult time.
Buxton Opera House & Pavilion Arts Centre will remain open during the period of mourning, and unless otherwise announced, our performances will be going ahead as planned.
On Monday 19 September, Buxton Opera House & Pavilion Arts Centre will be closed to allow staff to pay respect to Her Majesty. Our Box Office will also be closed, however customers will still be able to book online.
